All applications have been subjected to a thorough screening process. Applicants who meet the entry requirements for their respective programmes have been shortlisted to sit for the entry examinations. The University has published the confirmed shortlist on its official website, and shortlisted applicants have been notified by email.

All applicants are strongly advised to take the following steps:

1. Check the official shortlist: See the shortlist here.

2. Check your email: Review your inbox and spam or junk folder for an official notification from the University's Admissions Office.

3. Prepare for the examinations: If you have been shortlisted, take note of the revised examination dates, 9th–13th November 2026, and prepare to sit for the examination at the designated test centre.

4. Confirm your examination details: Refer to the official notification from the University for any specific instructions regarding your examination arrangements.

Important Notice: If your name does not appear on the published shortlist and you have not received an official email notification from the University's Admissions Office, your application has been unsuccessful. The provisional entry test notice issued during the initial application acknowledgement process does not constitute confirmation of shortlisting.

The University wishes to clarify that the provisional entry test notices issued to applicants during the initial acknowledgement of 2026 applications were not confirmation of shortlisting. These notices were issued as part of the application acknowledgement process. Following the screening process, only applicants who met the programme entry requirements were officially shortlisted and notified of their eligibility to sit for the entry examinations.

The University thanks all applicants for their interest in studying at PNGUOT and wishes the shortlisted candidates every success in their upcoming examinations. We also wish all applicants the very best in their future endeavours.
