IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. School Fee Payment Deadline

The school fee payment deadline for new and returning students is Friday, 16th January 2026. All students are required to pay the prescribed fee for 2026 to be eligible to register. Only students who meet this deadline will be allowed to register. Students with outstanding fees are advised to pay in full all outstanding fees, including the prescribed fees for 2026, to be cleared for registration.

3. Payment Options

Students and parents are encouraged to use online payment services via BSP Bay or VISA / MasterCard for faster processing.

Please email all payment remittances to: student.accounts@pnguot.ac.pg Ensure that you bring with you a copy of your payment receipt to registration to avoid
inconveniences.

4. Arrival, Orientation & Registration Key Dates

• Arrival of First-Year Students (Residential): Thursday, 05 February 2026
• Arrival of Returning Students (Residential): Wednesday, 11 February 2026
• First Year Registration: Monday, 09 February – Friday, 13 February 2026
• First Year Orientation: Monday, 16 February – Friday, 20 February 2026
• Returning Students Registration: Monday, 16 February – Friday, 20 February 2026
• Semester 1 Lectures Commence: Monday, 23 February 2026

Note: All non-school leavers are non-resident students. You are required to arrange your own accommodation off-campus and provide details of your off-campus accommodation on registration.

5. Refund of Excess Fees

All sponsors, Parents and Guardians are informed to visit the university website: www.pnguot.ac.pg and take note on the University’s School Fee Policy on Excess fees.
