PNGUoT Invites Expressions of Interest for Customs Broker Services
The Papua New Guinea University of Technology (PNGUoT) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of Customs Broker Services to the University.
Interested service providers are required to submit the following documents as part of the general prequalification requirements:
- Updated Company or Business Profile
- Current Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Business Name
- Extract or Good Standing Order
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Current Customs Broker Licence
- Evidence of previous similar service for three years or more
- Evidence of financial capacity
- Payment of a non-refundable fee of K200.00 for the collection of specific prequalification requirements
The non-refundable fee of PGK200.00 may be paid by cash or bank cheque payable to the Papua New Guinea University of Technology.
All Expressions of Interest must be submitted in hard copy only and addressed to:

Submissions must be labelled:
“PREQUALIFICATION PROVISION OF CUSTOM SERVICES”
Completed submissions must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Procurement Office, First Floor, Main Administration Building, PNGUoT.
Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
The deadline for submissions is 3:00 pm on Friday, 9 October 2026.
