2026 Semester 2 Fee Schedule

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT FEES FOR SECOND SEMESTER 2026 (ON-CAMPUS)

Below are the fees approved by the University Council to be effective in the Second Semester 2026

ONE SUBJECT FEE: K504.50
This fee applies only to students enrolling in one or two subjects. In addition to the subject fee, students must also pay the full compulsory fee (refer to the fee table).

• One subject: Pay the fee for one subject plus the full compulsory fee.
• Two subjects: Pay K1,009.00 for the two subjects plus the full compulsory fee (refer to the fee table).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. STUDENTS WITH DEBTS AND OUTSTANDING FEES
Students are required to settle in full all debts and outstanding fees by Monday, 29th June 2026.

2. REGISTRATION FEE
Total school fee must be paid to the University Account by Monday, 29th June 2026.

3 Ensure the student’s name  & student ID number is indicated in the payment description when making payments.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
The university will accept payments made through Internet Banking and BSP Mobile Banking.
The university has also introduced an online tuition fee payment option using the BSP Pay Service that you can use to pay your fees.

5. ARRIVAL, ORIENTATION & REGISTRATION KEY DATES

Students are expected to arrive on campus by: Monday, 06th July, 2026
Semester 2 Registration commences on: Monday, 06th July, 2026
Semester 2 Lectures Commence on: Monday, 13th July, 2026
Note: There are no on-campus accommodations for re-admitting self-sponsored students.
You are required to arrange your accommodation off-campus and provide details to the university upon registration.
