Capturing student attendance efficiently and accurately can be challenging in classroom settings. This seminar demonstrates how lecturers can schedule class sessions in tSMAS and enable attendance recording using student QR-codes. A practical approach using Google Forms is also highlighted, showing how responses can be collected and organized automatically in Google Sheets—ideal for large classes such as Engineering Mathematics lectures. Beyond the demonstration, Mr. Abuzo shares reflections from classroom trials, discussing strengths, limitations, practical challenges, and potential improvements to the technique.
