Dear Students,

We are pleased to inform you that the 2025 Semester 2 examination results are now available.

  • Conventional Students can access your examination result slips via your Student Portal Account.
  • Students who failed to complete the SOET evaluation are denied access to your result slips and furthermore not eligible to receive your transcripts.

  • The ONLY circumstances permissible in obtaining the Results Slips and Transcripts would be:

    a) 2026 graduands, contact exams office via email at enquiries.exam@pnguot.ac.pg to obtain your Academic Results Slip. [Transcript fee is separate, but will be given free on Graduation]

    b) formal written requests from Scholarship providers or Sponsors for the provision of the student’s Academic Result Slip or Transcript. [Transcript fee applies]

Transcript Printing Fee is K5 and must be paid to the account below with a copy of the payment receipt emailed to Records Team at enquiries.records@pnguot.ac.pg

Access your exam results here online (ONLY those who completed SOET evaluation):

Note: SOET Evaluation has already closed as of 31 / 10 / 2025.

1. Visit the online student platform: Student Portal

2. Log in using your student email account (student_email & password).

3. Download your exam result slip.

Academic Appeal & Exam Result Queries:

Students who wish to appeal against their grades must take note of the following instructions:

1. Students with only one (1) fail grade can Appeal.

2. Students appealing with two (2) or more fail grades, will NOT BE CONSIDERED.

3. Students who are seeking to justify their marks/upgrade their marks must follow the Exams Change of Marks Process. Consult the exams office to assist you.

4. The Appeals application is now open from 21/11/2025 and will close on 05/12/2025. LATE Applications will not be considered.

5. Pay your appeal fees at the Cash Office or via Online methods stated above. The Appeals fee is K100.
